This pull request adds the Gremlin MCP server to the ReadMe. The Gremlin MCP server lets AI agents interface with Gremlin to retrieve information about services, dependencies, test results, reliability scores, and reports.

Motivation and Context

Gremlin provides a platform for engineering teams to measure, test, and validate the reliability of their systems and services. This MCP server makes this reliability data available to LLMs safely and securely so they can provide more valuable insights into achieving and maintaining high reliability. This server can:

• List the user’s services that they’ve added to Gremlin, along with their reliability scores and dependencies
• See which Health Checks are configured for a service
• List any Detected Risks that were identified in a service
• Show the current suite of reliability tests, and the most recent tests performed
• Create reliability reports for a specific date

How Has This Been Tested?

• Ran on Node.js 22.16
• Tested with Claude Desktop and Open WebUI (via MCPO)
• Ran prompts to test all available tool endpoints using Claude Sonnet 4
